#15: Tsuka no ma no A CAPELLA.

While Eriko watches one of Rei's performances on the TV
at Uchida's office, Ijuuin tries to convince Saijou to give Eriko
a second opportunity--to no avail. However, somebody calls to the
office and Eriko gets a job for a mini-concert. When they later
tell Uchida, she says she is happy she is going to sing and he
cheers her on. As Ijuuin drives Eriko to visit her mother at the
hospital, he gives her a music box for keeping her star shaped
pendant. Eriko later plays the music of the box to her mother....
Next day Eriko and Ijuuin go to the mini-concert stage and find
a cheap, low-run place for kids at the beach very different than
the standards they are used to. Even though the owner is disrespectful
to Eriko and is drinking all the time, she agrees to sing.
The show starts but they have problems with the music casette
so the owner has to entertain the kids while Eriko fumbles around
not knowing what to do. The music keeps on not working correctly,
the kids start to get angry at the delays and there is a storm
comming. Back-stage they manage to break the tape and the owner is
very amused, however Eriko surprises them all when she starts
singing even without music! Her efforts, however, are for nothing
as rain starts to fall and all the kids and parents run away for
cover. Ijuuin wants to go to Eriko, but the owner stops him....
Soon Eriko starts to sing again under the rain and the kids run
back to the stage providing music with their claps. Eriko is
  very happy.
When they are comming back home, Shogo manages to get into
the car and talks with her about the scandal. Later he takes her
to see Rei singing life in a club and Eriko is impressed....

#16: Fukkatsu no ARIA.

Eriko visits her mom and later Ijuuin tells her that they
got a TV job at a local station. Meanwhile Rei's mother watches
a cool young guy playing saxophon in the street, and he sings
even better. He is Hiroshi, her new project.
Eriko meets Asami in the trip to her new job, and later they
are joined by Shogo, who was running away from her fans. As Eriko
talks with him, she feels something special....
Ijuuin and Eriko start to promote her new second single at
several shops in the city, but the stores generally play Rei's
new single too loud, visitors prefer Rei's CD over hers and kids
play pranks on her. Next day, she appears in a local station's
program and performs, but while that went rather well, after
another day of trying to promote her CD and "losing" to Rei's
CD, Eriko's mood is rather down.
By chance they happen to walk nearby a plaza where Hiroshi
is singing and Eriko is very impressed by him, recognizing that
his is a "music from the heart." This meeting cheers Eriko up and
gives her strength to keep on fighting--while on the side, Rei's
mother is enjoying the thought that she finally has something
(Hiroshi) she can win over Eriko with.
As Ijuuin and Eriko return to the hotel, there is a memo
waiting for them... Eriko's mother has awoken from her coma!

#17: Kuda kareta DIVERTIMENTO.

As Eriko returs home very eager to see her mother, her nanny
calls Kosuke's driver, ally of Eriko, to tell him the good news about
Minako (Eriko's mother). Kosuke overhears the conversation and is in
shock (with Minako awake, she will take his place as Tamura Production's
owner and director besides getting all what was in Eriko's father's
possesion-- which Kosuke stole). However, while fully awake, Minako
has lost her memory and so Kosuke has nothing to worry about while
Eriko is taken aback completely by these news.
Eriko shows her mother an old photo of them and works with her
about the memory loss while Kosuke tells Rei's mother about Minako.
But Rei's mother puts him down and tells him about her plans to
fight Eriko with Hiroshi when Rei appears and laughes at both her
  mother and Kosuke.
Eriko visits Uchida at the hospital and meets Saijou there, who
tells her he has a present for her--he got her a TV job. Later on Eriko
sings Minako's song to her and she seems to have a small memory flash,
but it doesn't last long. When Eriko and Ijuuin meet with a producer
for the TV job, it turns out she will be singing at a pool event and
then will have to enter an idol swimming contest. But Eriko doesn't
  know how to swim!

#18: 25 meters no FANTASY.

Ijuuin and Uchida ponder about the swimming contest problem
(Eriko has to swim 25 meters...), but Eriko tells them that she will
learn how to swim in the couple of days remaining until the program,
she wants to fight! It turns out that her coach is Yasuko, who lives
in a very big, rich mansion, to Ijuuin and Kazuki's surprise. Eriko
trains very hard at swimming under Yasuko's direction.
The big day arrives and Eriko sings. Rei and Shogo are there
too and Saijou is very happy that things are turning out so well (he
wants to support Eriko, but pressure after the Akira incident made
him retire his support). Kosuke appears to crash the party and tells
Saijou about Eriko not knowing how to swim. Uchida and Yasuko manage
to convince him to keep Eriko on the program....
The competiton starts and Eriko is very much behind everybody
else and while Rei and Shogo realize there is something going on,
the public starts to laugh at her, yet Eriko keeps on going. Saijou
decides to announce that Eriko didn't know how to swim just three
days before and everybody stops laughing and instead start to
cheer her and encourage her to finish the contest!
Kosuke is very mad at the turn of events and leaves. Poor
Eriko manages to finish, but is so exhausted that passes out. To
Shogo's surprise, it's Rei who jumps into the pool first to save
her, even though later she dismisses her own actions.

#19: Zetsubou e no MODULATION.

Eriko, Uchida and Kazuki go to visit Minako at the hospital, where
they get the good news that Minako is much better and there are good
signs about her regaining her memory. Kazuki has the idea that if Minako
was to see Eriko signing Minako's song at the Marine dome she might
  recall things.
Kosuke calls the hospital and gets the good news about Minako as
well, so he realizes that it's time for him to start fooling Eriko into
believing he is a good person after all, so he visits Minako at the
hospital and invites Eriko to sing in an upcoming concert at the
  Marine dome.
Minako leaves the hospital with Uchida to see Eriko's practice
for the concert. Meanwhile Rei's mother shows Hiroshi the dome even
though he is, as usual, in his own world.
Inside, Rei and Shogo practice their song together and Shogo
flirts with her--which she doesn't seem to like too much. Eriko finds
them and tells them about her singing in the concert as well, to which
Shogo is happy but Rei is rude... but before walking off, she does give
Eriko a couple of encouraging words.
Eriko practices her song and Kosuke happens to pass by and is
surprised to see Minako and Uchida present there. For a second, some
light gets reflected on Eriko's pendant and Minako has a sudden flash
of memories of her, Eriko and Eriko's father and regains her memory
for some moments.... Kosuke watches this in horror. (While he wants to
be in seemingly good relationship with Eriko, he doesn't want Minako
to regain her memory so fast, if ever.) He tells Uchida and Minako that
they aren't invited to the concert, but to his horror, Uchida already
  bought tickets!
Concert day arrives and Shogo and Rei start it. Kosuke finally
regrets his invitation for Eriko and decides to cancel Eriko's
actuation, later confronting her in the hall violently and shouting at her
  to go home!

#20: Shiokaze no SYMPHONY.

Ijuuin sees Kosuke shouting at Eriko and protects her, Kosuke leaves
saying he canceled her actuation and Ijuuin follows him trying to talk
about it, but Kosuke just locks himself in his room. While Eriko waits
anxiously in the singers' waiting room, Uchida is called by Ijuuin and
tries to talk some sense into Kosuke. Rei's mother and Hiroshi are
watching the concert as well, but Hiroshi looks very bored and sleepy....
Eriko watches the group that was supposed to act after her being
called to the stage and realizes Uchida could do nothing, so she changes
back into her normal clothes and leaves. She sees Rei and Shogo joking,
and thinks she wanted to sing in the same stage as them... as she walks
away she finds her mother--who went out to find why Eriko hadn't appear--
and cries in her arms saying she is sorry she couldn't sing for her.
Shogo finishes his solo actuation and tells Rei that Eriko didn'
  sing. Rei wonders what happened.
Eriko and the rest leave the dome, but she sees a small stage on
the side being dismantled, so she decides to sing there for her mother.
Shortly after she starts, Hiroshi joins her with his saxo and soon a
crowd starts to gather around them. Minako feels very frustrated that
she can't recall anything even though Eriko is trying so hard, and
Uchida tells her to have patience.
Rei demands explanations from Kosuke, guessing that he has something
to do with Eriko's non-appearance. Somebody arrives to tell Kosuke that
there is some problem outside with the people and Rei goes to look, finding
Eriko and Hiroshi and joining them. Later on, Shogo appears as well, making
Eriko's wishes of singing with Rei and Shogo in the same stage turn out
  to be reality!

#21: Hakkoi no SERENADE.

After the marine dome concert, Eriko is very busy with her
growing popularity, so Ijuuin decides to give her a small vacation
after one of her mini-concerts. To Eriko's surprise, Asami visits
her after Eriko's signing (Asami's family owns a house in that town)
and they both go out shopping. Asami tells Eriko that Shogo is in
town, too, filming a TV drama, so they decided to visit the set.
They meet Shogo by coincidence and he invites them inside to see
the filming. Asami is very obviously having a crush on him, but so
seems to be Eriko as well. Afterwards, Shogo has a small live concert
for a TV music charts program where his band's single, Warrior, is
no. one. Eriko looks a little jealous of the friendship/easyness that
exists between Rei and Shogo as he talks with her (she is in the
  central studio).
They return to shot more of the TV drama, but rain starts to
fall and they have to call it off. Eriko, Asami and Shogo take refuge
together and Asami offers them both to go to her father's house--which
they accept. Eriko is more and more taken by Shogo.

#22: Yuuhi no PASSIONE.

Eriko has a new talk program on the radio (this is a very
typical thing for idols/seiyuu to do in Japan) where she and a co-host
answer phone calls and letters sent to the studio. As Eriko gets her
first call several people are listening, including a young girl riding
a bicycle who tries to suicide but fails. Days later she calls the
program and tells Eriko that she wants to die....
Eriko is shocked and even though her co-host treats the call as
a bad joke, Eriko feels that the girl, Kaori, was really suffering and
saying the truth, so she decides to wait and every once in a while goes
on-air and sends a message to Kaori asking her to call again. Kaori
tries her luck with death again and after she fails she hears Eriko's
pleas and is very surprised, so she does call--but Eriko's co-host
yells at her and hungs up.
As the night falls, Eriko still waits while Kaori has gone to
the studio's building roof and seems to be thinking about jumping, but
what she does is scream in rage and release her frustrations that way.
Right before Eriko gives up, Kaori calls again from a phone booth
in front of the studio and tells her she is no longer	wanting to die
and thanks Eriko for helping her. As Kaori is about to leave, Eriko
looks out of the window and sees her, even though she has never seen
her before, Eriko senses the girl is Kaori. Kaori smiles back at her
and thanks her in silence before leaving.

#23: Futatsu no Hoshi no Tame no CONCERTO.

There is going to be a conmemorative concert on the studio/stage
created by Eriko's father for newcoming and young artists. Rei was one
of the many who used the facilities and she has very fond memories of
the place of her and Eriko's father--who she thought of almost as a
  father.
Eriko is supposed to start off the concert, but she and Ijuuin
are stuck in a horrible traffic jam. Ijuuin manages to call Uchida and
Kazuki has the idea to send Yasuko in her bike. So Yasuko takes Eriko
to the concert place but in the way they have an accident and Yasuko's
bike breaks down, however Eriko sees something nearby that gives her an
  idea....
Meanwhile at the concert place, all managers are getting very
worried about Eriko being so late, so Kosuke tries them to put Rei
as the first singer to open the concert. However, Rei herself insists
in them waiting for Eriko, because she is sure she will arrive in time.
Just in time for the concert to start, a chopper is heard and
indeed, it's carring Eriko to the stage! Eriko starts the concert and
is ver surprised and happy to discover that it was Rei who insisted
so much in waiting for her.

#24: Kokoro o Tsunagu RONDO.

Eriko's popularity keeps on growing and she already has a group
of very loyal fans. She also is preparing to release her new song and
is busier than ever and starts showing signs of a cold during school.
Later during a TV actuation, Rei notices there is something wrong with
her and spanks her for not taking proper care of her voice. However
she does give Eriko some soothing sweets for her throat.
She manages to hide her growing cold from Ijuuin because she
wants to sing for her fans very much, but during rehearsal she faints
from the heat and the lights of the stage.
Ijuuin and the doctor insist for Eriko to cancel the actuation,
but Eriko insists in signing because she is a profesional and all her
fans are waiting for her. And so she sings out of pure will and after
receiving a flower bouquet from Rei, she shows her new dress and sings
her new single, "Honki." After she finishes the song and the concert,
  she faints.

#25: Toki Semaru Unmei OBLIGAADO.

Eriko gets a wonderful new job, a shampoo brand TV commercial
with Rei! Both girls think about it while looking at their respective
photos with Eriko's father.... However on the set, after they meet a
guy who used to know Eriko's parents when they worked there, Rei feels
some resentment again and the filming goes bad because there is no
  chemistry between the two girls.
During lunch break, the man shows Eriko some places where her
parents used to hang out with friends. She and Rei finally talk and
they feel closer because they "shared" Eriko's father. After this,
the comercial filming goes smoothly and the final product is very
good. However Kosuke is very mad at Rei and Eriko's new friendship.
When Rei and Eriko walk together, they cross Hiroshi promoting
  his debut single, "Blue Moon."

#26: Shougeki no TOCATTA.

Eriko appears in the TV Music Charts program for the first time
because her single "Honki" has made the top-ten list (position 10). All
her friends and allies are very happy and even Rei congratulates her
live. Kosuke is very mad and wonders how to break them apart.
At the end of the program Hiroshi makes a very flashy appearance
promoting his single. Shogo and Rei don't like it at all, specially Rei
because it's her mother promoting him. She appears in the program as well,
trying to intimidate Eriko. One of the girls in the program remembers that
Ryoko (Rei's mother) and Minako (Eriko's) used to be huge rivals when
younger. Back in live, Rei tells Eriko not to worry about Ryoko and
tells Ryoko she doesn't consider her as her mother and that the only
"parent" she ever knew was Tamura, Eriko's father. Ryoko is shocked,
but Kosuke has come up with a plan when hearing Rei.
Kosuke shows Rei some old newspapers with reports on a probable
affair between Ryoko and Eriko's father and says Tamura is, indeed,
  her real father.

#27: Glass no Kareha no ELEGY.

Rei sings and can't stop thinking about Eriko's father. From the
production room Shogo and his band members notice there is something
wrong with her because the way she is singing. Afterwards Rei spends
  a long time thinking....
Kosuke then tries to make a move on Minako and after overhearing
Uchida, Eriko and Co. joke about Minako moving to her new home (Eriko's
current one), he tries forcing them to move to his (Eriko's family
house, which he invaded when Tamura died). But to everybody's surprise,
Eriko stands up to him and pushes him out of the room, which only makes
  him more furious.
Rei goes to visit her mother and finds Hiroshi there. She asks
Ryoko who her father is, but Ryoko just laughes at her and tells her
she forgot. However after Rei leaves, she looks worried.
Days later Rei can't stop thinking about the times she spent with
Eriko's father and what Kosuke said. At Tamura Productions Kosuke is
mad at the upcoming concert with Rei being a guest of Eriko.
All the while, Eriko is blissfully busy interacting with her fans,
with her radio program and other events. At the radio program they talk
about Eriko's concert with Rei and her new song.
Kosuke teases Rei about singing with her sister and Rei leaves
very irked. As she walks around she sees Hiroshi and "sees" the power
  in his voice/song.

#28: Hakyoku e no INTRODUCTION.

Minako moves into Eriko's house. Eriko tries to talk with Rei,
but she acts coldly towards her.
Kosuke keeps up with his terror campaign with Rei and reminds her
all the time about Eriko's father being hers too. Rei finally snaps
when she sees Eriko talking about her parents at a music program and
mentally compares Eriko's happy childhood with hers, when she was all
alone with no father and a mother who didn't know how to be a mother.
Eriko is very worried for Rei because of her strange mood. The
concert day arrives and Eriko even bought a little present for Rei.
The time to start the concert aproaches but Rei is a no-show. Everybody
is very worried, including Rei's manager who let Rei walk alone to the
concert place instead of taking her in his car as they usually do.
Eriko insists in waiting for Rei just as Rei insisted to wait for
Eriko in Tamura's conmemorative concert. But Rei never shows up and Eriko
has to start the concert alone--and makes a great job of it--while Rei
  walks around the city.
Eriko excuses Rei to the public in the concert and even goes
down to the crowd and sings with them. The concert is a big success
  and she an-calls too.
