One of the three things that make Legendary Idol Eriko a great serie is the songs contained in the series (the other two being the story and the characters). Because the series was made as a launching ad for real-life singing idol Eriko Tamura, she is the one that carries almost all of the weight--musically speaking. In this page you will find information about the songs of the series as well as links to lyrics and, in some cases, mp3s (but please do read the disclaimer before downloading any of the mp3 ^^ ).
Why mp3?
Legendary Idol Eriko is a decade old and the 4 CDs
released with music and songs from the anime are long ago out of
print, reaching ridicously high prices in the 2nd hand market at
times. While Eriko Tamura's songs have been released in some of
the singer's own CDs, all but one are out of print as well. These
mp3 are here to help those with no resources to obtain the
original CDs as well as for sampling the music of the series.
Because there is still a double CD by Eriko Tamura in print which
contains a lot of these songs, please invest in it if you
like what you hear. Mp3 are nice but they aren't a substitute for
the real thing or helping a singer that gives you so much pleasure
