Vol. 1 (cont):

Afterwards, Mito teases Yukino about the SOY and leaves for a date while Shizuka complains about the way they woke him up (Yukino's scream ^^;;;), leaving her alone with Shizuka, who starts saying not-too-nice things. As they're discussing the phone rings and he answers it. It's his father.

Renjoh recognizes it's Shizuka talking because of the voice, and Yukino is impressed by this. But Renjoh asks Shizuka why he's not in school and when Shizuka replies that he is in holidays, Renjoh starts to spank him saying he's lazy, etc... Before Shizuka, who's not looking very happy, can reply, Yukino takes the phone from his hands and tells Ranjoh that Shizuka is not lazy and that it is a holiday day in school for real, then proceeds to introduce herself to a surprised Renjoh.
After hunging up, Yukino is not very happy with Renjoh as a father (for being so hard on Shizuka) and says so.

Later on, the three of them go to the computer room (their father's) but Shizuka leaves them alone, closing the door behind him. Yukino and Tamaki talk (and end up discussing ^^;;) about the SOY thing and Tamaki lets through that he won't be comming to Japan. Yukino is shocked and confused at this and tries to leave the room but... there is something wrong with the handle (they had some problems in entering the room before) and they can't go out.... On top of that, the lights go off!

Yukino steps back but stumbles with some books and falls, taking with her poor Tamaki that ends up over her! Yukino is a little nervous about this but Tamaki is... well, (^^;;; ) let's just say that he's not precisely romantic! ( ^_- )
They both sit up and talk some more. Tamaki tells Yukino not to be afraid of being alone and Yukino, really feeling his nice words, kisses him....

Yukino doesn't know what to do about her feelings and actions. She's an idiot, she thinks. But seems that Tamaki is not too disgusted with it...
Shizuka appears and opens the door. Later after Tamaki has run off to work, Shizuka gives Yukino a floppy disk whose label reads, "To Sachiko Yukino," Yukino's mother. But Shizuka tells Yukino that she will need a password to access it.

Later on, somebody calls from the Blockbuster and asks Yukino to deliver a message for Tamaki about the rotations... which means that Tamaki didn't go to his job as he said he was!

Next day poor Yukino is pretty depressed about everything. Mito appears in her class (in a rest) and they talk a little, when Yukino returns to the classroom, she hears one of her female classmates saying that she saw cool Mito's older brother going to an hotel with a very beautiful woman....

Yukino runs to confront Tamaki about that, and the lie about going to work, etc... She knows it was Yuma-san who he was with. He tells her his "story" with her and how he had to give up because of his father, etc... But Yukino slaps him out of his self-pity state and cheers him up. He is very grateful for this (and I guess for Yukino not making a big mess out of it) and goes away.
Mito, who is training, sees Yukino standing where Tamaki left her and goes to her. He jokes about Tamaki's "secret" (the "affair") but is surprised to see that Yukino is really affected by it--even though she tries to put a happy face. Yukino walks away drying her tears with her soft school hat....
