In this section of the page, you will find basic synopsis of each volume of So Bad!. Because these are basic, they leave out all details and are just a guide for people to see how the plot goes. Also, they contain a lot of gigant, bold, shameless spoilers, be aware! ^^

All synopsis are by Zahara Medina, and cannot be used anywhere else without her permission. As she is just a student of Japanese, any help, comments or corrections are more than welcome! ^^; (Remember to buy the original manga if you like these pages, besides the synopsis are nothing compared to the real thing! ;)

VOLUME 1: (1 of 6)

Kyouko Yukino is trying very hard to become the Student Of the Year at her school so that her mother finally notices her. Her mother works as a house keeper for the Renjou family and she has always seemed to put her work over Yukino, so Yukino hates the Renjou and esp. Tamaki, the elder son. However, Yukino discovers that Tamaki is her rival for the SOY title, and at the same time her mother breaks a leg, so Yukino must go to work at the Renjou's house in her place. Once there she meets Tamaki's younger brothers: Mito, of her same age, and Shizuka, a couple of years younger. Shizuka treats her like trash, but Mito just tries to be friendly. Yukino starts to develop feelings for Tamaki, but discovers that he had an affair with his father's fourth and current wife, Yuma-san. Still, she keeps on caring for him and tries to help him fix his life.

VOLUME 2: (2 of 6)

Tamaki and Yuma-san seem to break up their relationship for good, as she wants to make amends with his father. Yukino meets Shizuka's mother, who insinuates Yukino is Renjou's daughter. Mito and Yukino get closer, and Yukino gets involved with school festivities and projects. After Yuma re-appears, Tamaki seems to return to her, but later on he is waiting for Yukino. Mito, who is starting to have problems with his girlfriend, sees them both hugging

VOLUME 3: (3 of 6)

Tamaki and Yukino continue where they left on vol.3 and are kissing in the Renjou's house hall as Shizuka sees them when they are interrupted by the phone, it seems Renjou has gone for the divorce with Yuma. The three brothers ask Yukino's mother about certain diskette they found with her name on it. It's password-protected, but as they find the password, it turns out to be Yuma's diary. Tamaki, after reading it, runs to Yuma again. Yukino and Mito get even closer, and Mito starts to feel something for her. Meanwhile, Shizuka has problems with a female teacher that basically harassed him in school and wants to keep on doing it, so Yukino helps him out. After that is finished, Shizuka confesses he likes Yukino.... Yukino doesn't share his feelings, but as she talks with Mito, she remembers that she promised to wait for Tamaki until he cleans up his stuff with Yuma.

VOLUME 4: (4 of 6)

Yukino's birthday comes near, and Mito gives her a pinky-ring, telling her that it's from Tamaki. However, Yukino receives a postcard from Tamaki, where he says he is sorry he is not giving her any present. He is about to tell her he did it so he could see her happy face again, but just laughs it off, angering Yukino. The question of wherever Renjou is Yukino's father or not rises again and Yukino leaves the Renjou mansion as Tamaki returns home. At school, Mito catches Tamaki kissing Yukino by surprise and later on confesses to Yukino how he had problems with Tamaki when they were both younger.

VOLUME 5: (5 of 6)

Yukino is the one that now has problems seeing Mito with other girls, and she starts thinking about him all the time. Shizuka has problems with a girlfriend. He shows Yukino a photo where her mother appears with a man and a baby on her arms, supposedly she. Yukino's apartment gets caught on a fire, so she and her mother move back into the Renjou mansion. Yukino and Mito get even closer and Mito confesses his feelings for her. She manages to confess hers... to the whole house. Yukino's mother finally tells Yukino who her father is, and she meets him, but she is too scared. She also puts some distance between her and Mito. One night, as she and Shizuka discuss, he runs off angrily and Yukino follows him, Mito pushes her away before a car runs her over, but gets hit in the process. While he is in the hospital, Yukino has time to think through most of the problems in her life and finally goes back to Mito and admits just how much she likes him.
