Rui is a sweet and happy girl. As her chapter starts, she is celebrating her 14th birthday, and she dreams about love :) She is in the literature club.

Her best friends, are, of course, her two classmates Midori and Sayako.

Sayako is a nice girl, a little too narrow-minded in love matters, maybe (but that will change! ^o^ ). She is very tall and wears glasses for studing and reading, so she has a little complex about not being pretty. He favorite "hobbie" is drawing manga.
She likes one of her senpai very much, and that fact makes her be a little obsessed about him in more than one way...

Her best friends are her classmates, Midori and Rui ^^

Tatsuru is a really sweet guy. He wears glasses and is a good student. He is new to Midori's school and has a crush on her, but, unfortunately, she is in love with her idol, whose family name is also Mizushima. It won't make things easier for him, but neither too difficult ;)

He's really good looking without the glasses... *^^* You'll have to buy the manga to see him, though ;)

Keiichi is 15 years old and is considered a delinquent by quite an amazing ammount of people (^^; ). He likes literature and met Rui in a bookshop as they both were going to buy the same book at the same time.

He has a younger brother, Shouta, who is in love with Rui.

Shouta is the young brother of Keiichi. He is in love with Rui and seems to hate his older brother.

Yuu is Sayaka's neighbor. He also attends the same school as her and is in the soccer club. However, he is not very happy with Saya as she seems to be unable to go over her crush over one of her senpai... :(
