Previous Chapter

Heroine ni Naritai: Chp.3: Sayako no hero (Sayako's hero) The three friends are in Sayako's room. Midori is "congratulating" Rui for her new high school boyfriend while Saya is getting a little bored/crossed (because now both Midori and Rui have boyfriends but she doesn't). Midori notices this and excuses herself but Saya says she doesn't care and between some things and the others, Saya finishes (more or less) admiting that she likes somebody. Of course that is more than enough to send Midori pushing Saya for the name of that person--just to have Rui's neighbour pop up in the middle of their discussion. Midori explains to Rui that it's Nomura Yuu from another class and also a member of the soccer club, then she realices that he may know the person Saya likes and asks him very happily at the same time Saya tells him to shut up and leave. Yuu agrees to say it to Midori's happiness and... He says it's himself. (^^;;;) Midori is extatic with happiness but Saya explodes and after Yuu leaves, Midori agrees to let the matter pass. Later on when Saya is in bed, she thinks about the guy she likes, Nakatani senpai. But because she is so tall (taller than him ^^;) and so she never really confessed her feelings and so, she drew a manga about them both like a couple. Next day in school, Midori and Rui catch up with her and start wondering what nice things could Saya be because of her height, maybe a model? Rui tells Saya that she is very nice and pretty, which surprises Saya a lot. Once back in home, Saya poses in front of the mirror and decides that she does not like her bangs (or lack of thereof ^^; ). Around the same time Yuu visits her house and her mother sends him up to her room, when he enters (without knocking, as always), he finds a crying Saya with scissors in hand and making a mess out of her hair! Saya tries to hide her face but Yuu makes her look at him. He's not very impressed with Saya's work, so he picks up the scissors and a brush and starts working on her hair. As he cuts and cuts, Saya opens her eyes and looks at him-- he really looks cool! When Yuu finishes, Saya looks at the mirror and finds that she looks quite pretty, But he picks up a bunch of the pages from her last manga and laughes at it, saying that she has used herself and Nakatani senpai as models again. Saya gets very angry at him and after rescuing most of the pages she tells him that he has no idea of his feelings. But Yuu shouts at her angrily that she should confront her feelings and go on with her life with those around her. (To which, of course, both get very red) After Yuu runs away, Saya thinks about it. The next day Yuu acts as if he wouldn't know her and Saya gets all angry at him. However, when she goes for some food, she hears Nakatani-senpai's voice... one of his classmates is confessing her feelings for him and he has accepted them! Saya is crushed by this. But, she's resoluted never the less! She is going to confess her feelings to Nakatani-senpai! Fast forward to the Graduation day. Saya waits for Nakatani-senpai and tells him about her feelings--even if, she knows, he doesn't return them. But Nakatani-senpai catches her talking without noticing about Yuu and knows what's going on with her >:) Later, Yuu is going somewhere in a hurry and stumbles over a leg, falling to the ground. The leg is Saya's, and she's red from crying and eating choco. She tells Yuu what she did, and things are back to normal between the both of them, then! ^^ -- The End --
