Usotsuki na Season: Part 02. [version 1.0] (Special thanks to Fuu) It's another normal day at school and in his class, Kan sighs thoughtfully. He comments on how little cases they have (probably none ^^; )--now that they are a team--and how nobody trusts them. Then he turns to the girl sitting at his side. "Isn't it, Miyabi?" She obviously doesn't share his opinion, which makes him a little mad, but in that moment, a handsome student appears calling for him, then notices Miyabi and comments on what a cute partner Kan got. Kan cuts his attempted flirting and presents him as one of his best friends, Fuyuki Shizuru. Kan also warns Miyabi that Shizuru likes to play with women, so to be careful... (^^) Shizuru replies that was no way to introduce a "best friend" and then turns to look at Miyabi with a handsome smile on his face.... "Miyabi-chan, then? That short cut (hair) becomes you, doesn't it? *heart mark*" Miyabi, "T... thank you." He smiles even warmer. "So you can see ghosts? That's an impressive ability, isn't it?" Miyabi, sweating, "Nah... it's nothing...." He gets closer to her. "Next time, what about a spirit-spotting date with me?" "Eh?" Kan smashes his face before he can say anything else and he angrily complains on why he can't invite Miyabi on a date and--- Meanwhile, Kan and Miyabi just go on with their lives... (^^; ) Suddenly, Shizuru takes his hand to his head and half-faints, smashing his head against a cupboard. Kan is a little worried, but a now tired-looking Shizuru tells him it's all right. It must be a cold or something. He says bye and goes away... but Miyabi keeps on looking on his direction as she has sensed something. Right now, that guy.... Later on, Miyabi is happily carrying some books when she hears some loud noises and a female voice yelling, "IDIOT! If I die, I will come haunt you as a ghost!!" Miyabi drops the books from the shock, as the screams keep on coming from one of the rooms. The door opens wide and a pretty girl, obviously upset, goes out and runs away crying. Behind her, Shizuru appears, with a slap mark on his cheek! The two of them talk for some moments about his way with girls and Miyabi asks if there is someone he really likes. He seems abashed for a moment and Miyabi asks if she guessed right. But before they can say much more, a female student with long, blond hair appears, calling for Shizuru. She jokes with him and gives him a bag with his lunch (which he forgot), as he goes away, he looks really tired and sprit-less. Miyabi looks at him in worry, and the girl asks her if she is Shizuru's new girlfriend--which she hastily denies. The girl then presents herself as 2nd grader Niguchi Azusa, Shizuru's friend from childhood. She is just like an older sister for him, she explains happily. After she goes away, Miyabi thinks to herself that Azusa is a very good person.... But she still notices a strange feeling. Elsewhere in the school, the girl that hit Shizuru enters her class, crying.... and asking where she can find a long nail, to the shock of her friends. Next day, when Shizuru appears, he is looking very bad and exhausted. Kan and Miyabi are very worried about him, and when Miyabi covers her pendant, she can see there is something going really wrong about him. Shizuru gets very scared and begs Miyabi to help him, but then Azusa comes and takes him away, worried about him, as well. Yuina appears as well and comments on Azusa. Miyabi wonders if Azusa likes Shizuru and Yuina teases Miyabi about her liking Kan. Miyabi denies it (even though she becomes very red... ^^) Meanwhile somebody in the shadows watches Azusa helping Shizuru... In the evening, Shizuru is resting in his bed, looking even worse and talking with Kan and Miyabi about the cause of his problems. Miyabi remembers the words from the one rejected girl and wonders if she is it the cause. Kan says that her friends said she asked for long nails... and they can all already see her practicing voodoo with a Shizuru figure! They joke a little about it and Shizuru talks about girls and liking them. Outside the room, Azusa is hearing all of this and wonders who he really likes.... Next day, Shizuru is so bad that he ends up in the school's infirmary. Kan thinks it's the rejected girl's fault, but she tells her that she is already over him, so Kan returns to the infirmary, where Miyabi and Azusa are looking over Shizuru. Suddenly Shizuru stretches out an arm, asking for help. Azusa goes to him very worried, but the name Shizuru says is Miyabi. Something passes across Azusa's eyes and a big cloud forms from Shizuru, who is in acute pain, the cloud turns out to be a devil! Miyabi uses her pendant against the devil, and to her and Kan surprise, Azusa starts yelling in pain with the devil. Suddenly the devil changes from and it's Azusa's face! Miyabi goes to Azusa and covers her pendant, the inner Azusa surfaces and Miyabi helps her realize her feelings for Shizuru and convinces to confess them. When the inner Azusa tells Shizuru that she likes him, the cloud over Shizuru disappears and Azusa wakes up. Shizuru also wakes up... full of energy! So she goes to Miyabi right away and asks her to go have some food with him. (^^;; ) Kan and Azusa cut him short and Azusa tells Shizuru that she likes him, to which he is totally in horror... Even more when Kan and Miyabi leave him alone with her! As they walk away, Kan jokes with Miyabi about her being something like a Valentine... and keeps on teasing her mercilessly.
