Kahoru is a strong minded young girl. When she was in school, she had a relationship with Yukari. They almost went all the way, but Yukari refused her and sent her to sleep, however their parents thought they had gone all the way and that was the last time she and Yukari saw each other until they met again in a cafeteria.
However, their feelings have changed and now Kahoru is more than attracted to Silver Purple's other member, Gin.

Kahoru's best friend is Nanako.

Gin is one of the two members of the idol rock group Silver Purple (the other being Yukari). He's a dark, misterious guy that feels attracted to Kahoru.

His name means "silver."

Yukari is the other member of Silver Purple. He used to have a relationship with Koharu years ago.
He suffers from a strange illness that can only be "cured" every time he is near Koharu. Thanks to this, Koharu and Nanako were able to hang around with them.

Nanako is a cute, simple, average girl. She is best friend's with Kahoru. She is a great fan of Silver Purple, but because she doesn't share something special with them as Koharu does, she tends to feel lonely and pushed out of their group.
