Here you will find small synopsis of the compiled manga volumes of "Aoi Spice." These take time, so be patient! ;) (And remember to buy these tankobon if you like the summaries, it's the best way of thanking the authors and the synopsis are nothing compared to the real thing! ^^ )
Also, please note that these synopsis only cover the basics of the story and not all the juicy details... ;)

Aoi Spice: Volume 01. [version 1.0] A girl wishes to spend her 16th birthday with the person she likes and instead Ageha is stuck in her part-time job as a Panda in an amusement park. (The "person she likes" wasn't exactly tactful when rejecting her before going on with his girlfriend... ^^; ) As she takes a small rest from the abusive kids that seem to populate the place, she hears some girls commenting about an event of popular idol singer "Ren". A small dog comes to her and she plays a little with it until she hears a small boy crying and goes to him. Meanwhile, the owner of the dog goes to them too and it turns out to be Ren! Ren takes the small boy over his shoulders while Ageha carries his dog. Together, they start to search for the boy's mother. When Ren has to leave for the event, Ageha decides to go to the concert as well... as a Panda (^^; since it's in the park... ) Ageha is very impressed with Ren, but as all the girls around her start smashing her in their quest to be closer to Ren, she ends up fainting... just to wake up in the staff rooms and be told that Ren took her there. Ageha decides to go say her thanks, but when she enters his room he is kissing a girl. Ageha is very (cutely ^^; ) shocked and wants to go away, but it's the other girl who leaves. Ageha then asks if she was his girlfriend, and it turns out that Ren has girls in a rather.... low esteem. Ageha is surprised since he was so nice with the little boy, but decides to leave anyway. Ren sends his dog (Golgo) to stop her, which it readily does because it likes her very much. Then Ren himself goes to her, and as he teases her, he handcuffs them together! Ageha doesn't like this at all, and as she tries to take the handcuffs' key from Ren and she teases her even more, Golgo jumps and eats it! They are both in shock and try to take the key from poor Golgo (to no avail since he already swallowed it ^^; ), then try to cut the chain of the handcuffs with a cutter, scissors, etc.... No go. So Ren smuggles Ageha into his house and they have to think of ways of doing things like... bathing.... together... but without being together ^^; (luckily for them, Ren has a European style bathroom and the bathtub has curtains all around.... ) Next day they spend it together going to game's places and UFO-doll-catching. Ageha is reminded of her lost love and cries a little, so Ren gives her cute little stuffed animals from the UFO machine to make her happy and as a birthday present. However, when they go out of the place, Golgo has sneaked out of the leash and has disappeared! They look around for him and finally they find him trying to put something in the sand... But it's just the piece to tear off to open a can. While they are around, some girls recognize him, so he runs away, dragging Ageha with him. Ageha starts to like the feeling of being with him.... As they walk in front of some TVs, she realized that he is supposed to appear in a program.... She mentions it, but Ren doesn't like it. Finally they get a metal cutter, but as he's cutting the chain, he hurts Ageha unintentionally. He then takes her arm and kisses the wound.... They keep on cutting the chain and they manage just in time before his manager comes in furious about his disappearance. Ageha tries to go away, but Ran grabs her hand and runs away from the place with her, to both her and his manager's shock. As they are both walking away, Ageha hears some of his fans crying because he didn't appear in the TV show. She tells him that he should go, because all his fans are waiting for him. Some of the girls spot him, but he takes Ageha away. When he finds a solitary spot, Ageha starts to cry, saying that she doesn't understand why he is so bad to his fans. Ren dries her tears with his hand, but Ageha can't stop thinking about his fan's feelings and says she is leaving. Ren stops her and tells her he had the keys of the handcuffs all along (Golgo spited them). She is very mad at him, but he kisses her hand.... Then drags her to a photo machine to have some photos with her. However, after the first couple of shots he kisses her and says, "Bye, bye," leaving her alone in the cabin, crying. Next day, in school, one of her friends gives Ageha on of Ren's singles as a delayed birthday present. She cries a little, but thinks that she is ok. And so days pass and she is just another happy student... until she sees an ad for Ren's new album, which is titled, "Ageha." She is very disturbed at this and thinks it's not possible that he did that because of her. At her part-time job she notices that there is a TV show with Ren and she watches it.... Afterwards, as she works, she hears a dog's bark, but it's not Golgo... however, when she looks away, Ren is walking towards her! She runs away to his surprise and to stop her, he yells that he likes her very much. Ageha stops, and then returns to him and they both hug.... There are another 3 unrelated short stories filling up the first volume of "Aoi Spice," they are: "Naisho desho?" "Usotsuki wa kirai" and "Aishi aimashou."
