Note: B/w scans are from the magazine, where the print is in low quality paper and different ink colors so it sometimes scans pretty bad and leaves lots of noise in the picture. The tankoubon quality is, of course, much better (perfect, that is).

NOTE! Ichiko (the true one, female, now wearing blonde wig) = Ichigou (real hair, passing as male) = Ichigo (same as Ichiko, name she uses for Kanzaki and Sousuke). The three are the same girl.

Chapter 29 (Aug'2002)
The responses to Ichigou's sudden declaration are mixed, some fans don't really mind (she's still pretty cute after all) while others are really angry. In any case, Tendou's office is besieged by the media and they are swamped with calls! Ichigou can't believe it turned into such a big thing... Tendou says that he doesn't mind about the promise she made to him, but that she should have thought about her fans. Ichigou doesn't look too happy with herself. Tendou tells her to go home, that he will take care of things for her. However, the entrance is covered by cameramen, so Ichigou doesn't know what to do, but Kanzaki and Sousuke appear and help her get out of the building through another route. Ichigou asks Sousuke for forgiveness and tells him that she is also Ichigo. Sousuke is not mad at her and just comments on how hard it must have been for her. Ichigou is really relieved and starts to cry, but before Sousuke can do anything, Kanzaki stops his hand! Ichigou wonders if he did that because... perhaps... Later on, Ichigou says that she just kind of acted in her Ichigo self, but Kanzaki tells her that it's silly, because both Ichigou and Ichigo are her. While they return home on the train, Ichigou thinks that Kanzaki and Sousuke are in a different world than she is because she is now back to being a normal girl, and won't see them again. After they leave Ichigou, Sousuke wonders if she will be okay, and to his surprise, Kanzaki runs off! At Tendou's place, Ichiko puts her things in a bag... She thinks about all the things that have happened while she lived there, but reminds herself that she must leave now because she has finished her job (as an idol). She also leaves a small note to Tendou with just her thanks and that she is returning the cellphone he gave her. (-_-; ) However, she doesn't go very far before Kanzaki stops her. Ichigou defends her actions saying that she doesn't want to be a bother anymore, but Kanzaki just says it's a lie. Ichigou gets mad and tells him it's none of his business, but he just keeps on calling her a liar! He smiles and tells her to tell him the truth. He takes her hand and tells her that he doesn't know anything about her... even though he was mad and doesn't really understand, he wants to know her better. Ichigou breaks down and hugs him, telling him him real name, Ichiko Morishita! As they smile, she thinks that she likes him.
Chapter 30 (Aug'2002)
Ichiko is welcomed home by Ken and her mother. Ken asks Ichiko about Tendou, but their mother tells him to leave her alone, as she is probably tired. Ichiko thinks she is now back to a normal life-style... Meanwhile, Tendou reads Ichiko's note and is not happy about it. Next day Tendou pays a visit to Ichiko. They go to talk to a cafe and he asks her what her plans for the future are. Ichiko says that she will go to a normal high school and Tendou asks if she hasn't thought about going back to the show business. She is surprised by this, but he changes the conversation to Kanzaki. Ichiko says happily that he will still see her as Ichiko, and that Kanzaki was the first person to discover her as she is, not as Ichigo or Ichigou. She then tells him she is not going back to the business and leaves the place. Tendou is really upset at her words and the whole Kanzaki business. On her way back, Ichiko is no way as cool as she looked while confessing her feelings about Kanzaki to Tendou. A young man catches up with her, it's Kanzaki with a new look! Ichiko thinks he looks cute... (^^; ) Ichiko bumps into someone, and Kanzaki pulls her closer to him, however, she is nervous about it, so he complains that the night before it was her who was hugging him! (^^) Ichiko blushes and starts to say that it was because... but never finishes the sentence and Kanzaki has to leave for work. The new school year starts and Ichiko's classmates talk about how "Ichigou" is in their class. One of them comments that she really is just an average girl... A girl finds something Ichiko dropped, but when she tries to go for it, one of the other girls makes her fall to the floor. She laughes and says that well, this was about what she felt because of Ichigou. Before Ichiko can say anything, the girl from before interrumpts and loudly shames the other girls. She and Ichiko go to the infirmary to put some band-aids over Ichiko's knees. The girl introduces herself as Chizuru and of course, already knows Ichiko's name. Ichiko wonders how come she already knows, and Chizuru replies that well, of course she does, since Ichiko is a famous person! Ichiko is stunned by the fact that she is famous and says that perhaps it's better if isn't around Chizuru, but Chizuru laughes and both seem to strike a friendship. At his office, Tendou talks with another man about Ichiko's decision of not coming back. He says he has reached a decision and it's really simple. He handles a paper to the man and says that all they have to do is a condition/term's exchange. Kanzaki's.(*) ( * : I'm not very sure about this, but I assume it has something to do with Kanzaki's contract with the agency.)
Chapter 31 (Sep'2002)
Ichiko and Chizuru stay together at school, and Chizuru looks at a magazine with Ichigou's photo in it... she says that she really looked like a guy... (^^; ) Chizuru wonders about her love life but Ichiko doesn't want to tell Chizuru about Kanzaki. In that moment, the girls from before appear and before Chizuru gets into a fight with them, Ichiko takes her away. Ichiko thanks Chizuru and says she is a really nice girl. Chizuru asks Ichiko again who she likes, but even though Ichiko says nobody, Chizuru turns into the evil inquisitor from hell and goes over Ichiko... (^o^;; ) As it turns out, Kanzaki now goes to the same high school and grade as Sousuke (even though Sousuke is a year older...). Sousuke asks Kanzaki about Ichigo, but he tells him that she is no longer Ichigo. After class, Chizuru has dragged Ichiko all the way to the boy's school (^^;;; )insisting in taking a look at Kanzaki. As they fight in the entrance, Kanzaki and Sousuke appear. Sousuke happily asks Ichigo... Ichiko if she came to see him, but Chizuru says that of course she didn't! They both ask who on Earth she is, and Ichiko introduces her. Kanzaki wonders why she came, and Ichiko doesn't know what to say... so she spurts out that she wants to buy a keitai (celphone) so why not going together to take a look! At a keitai corner in a store, poor Ichiko is kicking herlsef. Kanzaki asks which she likes the best, and then laughes nicely at her fumbling around. Sousuke tries to get Ichiko's attention over some phone, but Chizuru stops him telling him to leave them alone. Sousuke says he doesn't care because he likes her. Chizuru thinks he is silly. After looking around, Chizuru grabs Sousuke and to his shock, says they are leaving on their own.(*) Ichiko wonders if they will be all right, but then Kanzaki asks her what should they do. Ichiko says that walking is okay, and they end up holding hands and walking between really loud heartbeats, until Kanzaki's keitai starts to ring! It's a call from the work, so he has to leave. But before that, he calls her "Ichiko" for the first time and Ichiko is really happy about this. Tendou talks with a Production Company president about launching Kanzaki's debut as a solo singer. Tendou tells the man to use one of his talent idols for the promotion video... Ichigou. Kanzaki is very happy when he learns about going solo. Tendou appears and tells him that for the video they will use someone from his agency, and that now Kanzaki is in his hands. Kanzaki doesn't seem too happy about this... Ichiko and her mom go to buy her new keitai, and Ichiko sends her new phone number to her friends right away. However, her keitai-email to Kanzaki is returned. Ichiko wonders if she got the address wrong, so she decides to call him instead. Unfortunately, all she gets is a notice saying the number is no longer in use. Ichiko is really worried about it, so she goes to visit Kanzaki at his appartment. After nobody answers the door, she tries the handle and the door opens... to an empty room! (*: Chizuru calls Sousuke by "Souchin." This is a common familiar shortening nick kind of thing used between friends. Usually one uses the start of the name and adds something like "chin," "rin," "pin," or similar.)
