Note: B/w scans are from the magazine, where the print is in low quality paper and different ink colors so it sometimes scans pretty bad and leaves lots of noise in the picture. The tankoubon quality is, of course, much better (perfect, that is).

NOTE! Ichiko (the true one, female) = Ichigou (real hair, passing as male) = Ichigo (same as Ichiko, name she used to use for Kanzaki and Sousuke). The three are the same girl.

Chapter 36 (Nov'2002)
Ichiko panics and treats his words as a joke, but blushes and thinks she was excited there for a moment. They arrive to her place but she pulls on the wrong thing and her seat goes flat in a second, making her look really funny! (^^) They both laugh and Tendou helps her up, and Ichiko is again losing hearbeats at the proximity with him, so she runs out of the car. Tendou looks a bit disappointed. In home, Ichiko ponders about him and also thinks she wants to see Kanzaki. At school, the class talks about the upcoming school festival, and some girls talk about inviting their boyfriends. Chizuru wonders if Ichiko will invite Kanzaki, but Ichiko says he is probably too busy. She gets a call from the man himself, but they end up half fighting and Ichiko gets mad at him. Later, Chizuru is meeting Sousuke and tells him what happened. She tells him that she really wants them together, and Sousuke ends up telling her where Kanzaki has a job. She tells Sousuke he is a really good person. Chizuru tells Ichiko where Kanzaki is working. She is in the middle of her photo session. Tendou comes to her to see if she is ready, and tells her that the concept for the ad is about love, and that he thought she would be really good for it. Ichiko ponders about this while she models. After the session is finished, Tendou insists in walking with Ichiko, and they go to the place where Kanzaki is working. Ichiko wonders if it's ok to tell Tendou about why they are there, but as it turns out, he has already guessed. Ichiko tells Tendou that just waiting is boring, and it's all about meeting. Tendou seems to think about this... When Kanzaki comes out of the building, Ichiko stands up to go meet him, but Tendou suddenly pulls her towards him and hugs her as Kanzaki looks!
Chapter 37 (Dec'2002)
Ichiko runs after Kanzaki and tells him that what happened between her and Tendou is not what it looked like. Kanzaki asks her why does she need to tell him that, and as she can't answer that, he walks away. Afterwards, Tendou and the people from the advertisment campaing look at the photos of Ichiko and think she is really good. Tendou seems to be thinking about something else... At school, Chizuru asks Ichiko during PE class about how things went the day before (Ichiko is not very responsive... ^^; ). She tells Chizuru about what happened and Chizuru arrives to the conclusion that Tendou likes Ichiko. Ichiko wonders about Chizuru and wonders if there is anyone she likes. Chizuru denies it, but Ichigo notices the lonely expression on her face. Ichiko goes to Kanzaki's school, determined to invite him to her(?) school festival. Kanzaki's manager finds her and she tells him about the festival. However, the manager tells her that Kanzaki is very busy and can't make it. Ichiko then asks him to tell Kanzaki to meet her at the park in the evening. He tells her he will. The manager goes to meet Kanzaki at his classroom and wonders if there was anybody he wanted to meet at the gates? Kanzaki says no, but wonders about it. At 8 o'clock, Ichiko is in the park waiting for Kanzaki all excited, thinking there are many things she has to talk about with him. Then it starts to rain. At Kanzaki's workplace, his manager starts to feel really bad because it's raining and he knows Ichiko will be waiting out there for nothing. Kanzaki notices he's acting weird and takes away the paper he was looking at--Ichiko's festival ad. He realizes it's from Ichiko and becomes really angry, demanding to know what is happening. Tendou is in his office when he gets a call from Ichiko's mother, who is worried because she hasn't come back home. Tendou leaves right away, wondering where she could have gone. At the park, Ichiko is sitting under the rain, depressed because it's 9 already, when Tendou appears. He tries to take her home, but Ichiko reacts weirdly when he takes her hand. He is not happy at this, and takes it again, telling her to go home. Ichiko starts to say that she is meeting Kanzaki, but he tells her that he isn't coming. Some time later, Kanzaki arrives to the park, but it's empty. He tells his manager that he has a favor to ask. Ichiko and Tendou take refuge in a cafeteria. Ichiko thinks she has become really bothersome for Tendou. As she waits for him, she falls asleep. As Tendou brushes her hair from her face, she thinks she can hear the rain far away... Tendou looks at Ichiko and his expression changes, then he covers his face with his hand, while saying with feeling that he likes her. In her slumber, Ichiko wonder whose voice it is.
Chapter 38 (Dec'2002)
Next morning, Ken has to tell Ichiko that Tendou broght her in because she can't remember a thing. That day, Kanzaki goes to Ichiko's school. Chizuru looks for her and drags her (along with some other girls) to the teacher's office so they can listen through the door, he is asking to sing at the school festival! The girls are caught in the act and Kanzaki tells Ichiko that he is going to have a live concert at the festival. Ichiko wonders about this... Kanzaki and his manager have a discussion, since the manager didn't know that it was Ichiko's school he was interested in. He tells Kanzaki that he is opposed to him going out with Ichiko. While Ichiko works on the preparations for the festival, she overhears some students wondering if the reason why Kanzaki is going to sing in their school is because Ichigou (that useless girl) is a student. Ichiko hurts herself at this, and some of her classmates tell her not to worry about what the other girls say. Chizuru is defensive at first, but they say they want to be friends of Ichiko. Ichiko is really happy at this. Af work, Ichiko sees the posters with her photo. Ichiko thanks Tendou for what he did for her, but he seems a little weird and cold towards her. He tells her to take her cold medicine. Ichiko leaves and crosses Kanzaki on the hallway. Kanzaki sneaks into the elevator with her and tells her he is sorry he didn't make it to the meeting at the park. They give their normal byes, and Ichiko feels stupid for having expected any more. However, Kanzaki goes back to her suddenly and tells her that they must meet after the live concert because there is something he wants to tell her! Ichiko thinks that there is something she has to tell him as well.
