Here, with time, there will be synopsis/summaries of the chapters of Koi Suru 1/4. They take time, so be patient! ^^ (And remember to buy these tankobon if you like the summaries, it's the best way of thanking the authors and the synopsis are nothing compared to the real thing! ^^ )

Koi Suru 1/4: Chapter 01. [version 1.0] A dark haired girl and a light haired boy walk in what seems to be a city in the middle of heavy snowing. The girl takes some snow in her gloves-covered hands and shows it to the guy, Yuuta, as merry and happy as one can be. Isn't it nice? Yuuta is not amused. But, she insists, it's the day when the candidates lists are released (the lists with the students who passed the entrance exam for whichever high-school they applied to ^^) and it's snowing, and the train was delayed too... Yuuta is not amused. Will he stop that?! the girl storms over him. But he is just worried about having passed the exam... So Mike, the girl, decides to run to the place where the lists will be shown (in the high school) so she is the first one to see them! Behind her, a rather "impressed" Yuuta comments on how genki she is... But when Mike arrives at the school, she finds someone else there ahead of her: a tall guy giving her his back. She admires the view of him there in the middle of the snow, as he looks very dark. She then walks to him and finds him really huge (he is a good head taller than she and with wide shoulders). In fact, he's so tall and wide that she can't see the announcement papers! (^^;;; ) She goes to the side to see if he notices and steps to a side but when she looks at his face... He looks soo calm and concentrated! [And quite scary, if you want my opinion -_-; ] Her concentration is gone, however, as her feet slip and she ends up lying on the floor at his side. Kyaaa... How Shameful!! (And believe me, it is ^^;;; ) But very matter-of-fact-ly the guy picks her up and helps her sit on the floor. Mike blushes and starts rambling about how she wanted to look at the lists and blah, and blah, as, unbeknown to her, the guy is leaving the place behind her (^^;;; ) She keeps the babbling for two more squares until she realizes that she is all alone. As she studies his footsteps in the snow and comments that his feet are big as well, Yuuta and a group of other students appear in the school and Mike returns her attention to Yuuta. They both search for their numbers in the list and... find them!! hey congratulate each other to the other student's amusement and as they hug, Yuuta notices something in the hood of her coat. It's a small earring. (in the form of a square with a jewel inside, a quite elegant earring). Youta wonders whose it is (as Mike doesn't even have earrings piercing), and she says it must be "Black"-kun's. (Referring to how dark and black the unknown guy seemed to her from behind). But they don't seem give much thought to the matter as they get the papers for starting high school and run back home happy as one can get to be. Even so, Mike still thinks about the strange guy in the back of her mind... They arrive home (they live door to door in the same apartment building ^^; ) and Mike tells her mom the good news. Her mother says that Yuuta's father must be delighted as well and that they must celebrate! So, after a nice dinner, Mike (whose real name is Miake) and Yuuta end up in her room looking at pictures of them both since they were babies to all through school. They are happy (esp. Mike) that they are now going to spend the next 3 years in the same high school... Soon, they are both sleeping like cute, little angels. (^^) The end of the winter comes and Mike and Yuuta finish school (Japanese school year ends in March/April and starts soon afterwards) and Mike finds again the earring that supposedly the stranger let fall in her hood back then. Shortly after they both go to an earring shop, where Mike falls in love with most of the cute earrings but Yuuta feels the strong need to go out of that center of cuteness. However, when he goes out of the shop, he finds this really cool mountain bike and he starts making a fuss all over and around it until somebody stands behind him. He looks up to find "Black"-kun looking at him with a very serious face (^^;;; )... Poor Yuuta starts to sweat in terror... Back to Mike, the earring shop owner tells her that the jewel in "Black"-kun's earring is a diamond. Not only that, the metal is platinum (and Mike is about to have a heart attack by now ^^; ). It's a really expensive earring, the woman tells her. As Mike wonders what to do with it, the woman asks her if she wants to have her ears pierced. Mike doesn't know what to do, in one hand she liked all those cute earrings very much, on the other... she is scared of doing it alone! Yuuta returns to the shop all hiper-ed up, he just met his great and friendly guy outside! We make a backflash to what happened after "Black"-kun stopped behind Yuuta... Yuuta tells the guy that he also wants a bike like that one and, would he let him take a ride in it? "Black"-kun doesn't seem to be overly impressed, and, in fact, he kind of looks like he doesn't give a damn to whatever happens to him. Back to the present, Yuuta seems to realize that maybe he wasn't all that friendly but it's too late... With a psycho look in her eyes, Mike approaches him with the little piercing instrument... Don't you want an ear hole, Yuuta?? Yuuta, "EH?" GYAAAAAAAA!!!!!! ... Hanami time arrives and between the cherry blossoms, Mike (now carrying two earrings in her left ear and one in her right) and Yuuta (now carrying a band-aid on his left ear), go to their first day of high school. Mike is very happy, blushing and smiling all over, and she tells Yuuta, "Smile, smile, Yuuta!" Yuuta is not in the least amused. "HEY! Look at my ear!" he shouts angrily, it's not specially looking good! Mike is very (cutely ^^; ) sorry and Yuuta decides to just ignore her like the man he is (^^; ). Luckily for them they are in the same class, so Yuuta tells her to hurry up (when the new school year starts, classes are grouped up in the gym or similar big place for an initial start-of-the-year speech/es). Mike goes to the chairs marked as "1st. year, girls." After sitting, she realizes how really beautiful the girl sitting next to her is (elegant face, beautiful eyes, long wavy light colored hair). Mike introduces herself as Yoshida Miake, trying to start up a conversation as the speaker goes on and on in the background. -silence- Mike sweats profusely as the beautiful girl doesn't even spare a look in her way. Has she even heard her? As they are ordered to go to their classrooms, Miake thinks she has a sudden insecurity problem... what a pity. But as she goes into the room she slips and falls backwards into the arms of the student walking behind her! This feeling... Yuuta, trying to go in as well, bumps into the same guy, and, as they both look up to excuse themselves they find out that... "'Black'-kun!!" [Mike] "'Bycicle'-kun!!" [Yuuta] And they guy is still looking as serious/feelingless as in the other occasions (^^;;; ). Both Miake and Yuuta grab him and start asking him questions and thanking him and fussing all over him ("Thanks for helping me in that time," "Are you in the same class as us?" etc... etc... ^^;;; ). But he just pushes them aside. "Leave me alone." Mike then looks at his school shoes (in Japanese schools, you usually wear different shoes inside the school, leaving your normal shoes in a locker at the entrance. These shoes may indicate in which class/year you are and also may have your name on them), and sees his name, which she reads as "Nasu" (which is the same way you call an eggplant in Japanese ^^; ). Mike thinks is a very neat name and, after all, the eggplants are also black! Behind her, Yuuta tells Mike to the other students nods that his name reads "Nachi"! Mike gets in shock and then, very worried, tries to apologize. (Not that he seems to notice anything at all, mind you ^^; ) Mike then searches in the pockets of her school uniform looking for the earring, but when she tries to return it to him, he says, after a pause, that he doesn't know that earring and tries to walk away. Mike grabs him from his sleeve to stop him, "Not true! It has to be Nasu-kun's!" He insists that it's not his and tells her to release him, but Mike is not finished with him! She reaches out and pushes some of the hair half-covering his sides aside to look at his ear and she finds he's wearing an earring! Mike smiles and says that he's wearing an earring so--- Nasu turns around with a very angry expression and, after grabbing Mike's wrist furiously, tells her to get lost (basically). As he releases her and walks away between his scared classmates, Mike looks at him in shock. What is it with him? What did she step into to make him turn so black/violent? She looks down at her wrist. She has small black marks (bruises) from when he grabbed her.
