Makoto

Makoto is an average Japanese student having a hard time studing for entering high-school. She likes her childhood friend, Shin-chan. She lives with her parents and her little brother.

Shin-chan used to be Makoto's neighbor when little, but then moved to US and studied there. Now he is back in Japan and living with her and her family. He likes Makoto.
