Home: Part 13. FINAL [version 1.0] Lord Masamune tells Kojirou that he must stay as the next heir of the Date House, while Tadamune will be expelled from the country. Kojirou exclaims that he wants to go back to Spain with Maria, but Lord Masamune cuts him short and tells him that Tadamune will board Captain Luis ship and reminds him of his duties with the Date House. Lord Masamune leaves the room and approaches Luis, telling him that Tadamune will go back to Spain with him. Captain Luis is surprised and tells him that he was expecting Kojirou to return with them, but Lord Masamune says that Kojirou will stay there, since he is now the new heir. Meanwhile Maria wonders what they are talking about (since they are talking in Japanese). After Lord Masamune leaves, Captain Luis turns to explain to Maria what just happened.... Maria enters Tadamune's room very upset, as she wants Kojirou to fulfill his promise and return to Spain with her. But Kojirou tells her that he can't.... Maria gets really angry at this and runs out of the room, saying that she doesn't want to see his face anymore! Kojirou tries to follow her, but when he goes out of the room, the guardian at the door tries to stop him, mistaking him for Tadamune. On the day when they are leaving, Tadamune arrives to the ship. Meanwhile, Maria is thinking about her love for Kojirou, and in a sudden impulse, she runs to the side of the ship and tries to jump outside! Captain Luis stops her in time, but Maria cries that she wants to be with Kojirou, even if it means staying in Japan! Tadamune runs to her, and tells her to stop, and when Maria calls for Kojirou, Tadamune exclaims that he is right there. Maria looks at him and asks if it's true, to which Kojirou nods and they both hug.... Kojirou explains Maria about exchanging places with Tadamune. Back in the castle, Asagao goes to Tadamune and lets him know that she knows he isn't Kojirou. As she takes him away, we see that Lord Masamune heard them, and looks content. And so, 400 years ago, Kojirou and Maria return together to Spain, where Antonio, Martin and everybody is eagerly awaiting for them! --End--
