Ueda Rinko is a mangaka that has found her niche in the pages of the shoujo manga magazine Margaret. Not hyper popular but definitely not unpopular, Ueda-sensei's style is clear, passionate and eye-catching. It's perhaps a style that will suit well readers who aren't used to the extravagant "shoujo manga anatomies," gigant acuous eyes or over-cuteness of many other shoujo mangas--or for those who want to read something diferently. Her style is earthy and her plots honest.
